REFUND POLICY
If for any reason as event does not happen or take place.  Although this is rare, you have 2 options.
​
1.  Have a CREDIT for another event of equal value
2.  100% REFUND  Refunds will be processed the 1st Tuesday after the event.  You will receive your refund the same way you paid with-in 7 to 14 days after event.

If you Cancel or Back Out

No Refunds -  If a Team pulls out 14-days before event or more, they will receive a credit for another event.  If a Team pulls out 14-days before or less, no refund.  If for any reason, the event does not happen, you will receive a Full Credit for another event.

List Team Name, Coaches Name, Event Date and Location. 
Phone Call, Text or any other form of communication will NOT be accepted.
